Q: How can I order Quinny parts?

A: You can only order Quinny parts through this website. You can order your Quinny pushchairs and other accessories directly from www.quinny.com/gb-en/ . We only to deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. If you live outside of these areas, please contact us on +44 (0) 1284 413 141.

Q: When will I receive my delivery?

A: Deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days after receipt of your payment.
 

Q: When will you confirm that my product is available?

A: Orders can only be placed if the product is in stock. Product availability is displayed at the point of placing your order. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, you will be unable to place an order.  
 

Q: How do I know my order has been placed?

A: We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered once payment has been made.  This email is an order confirmation and / or order acceptance from Quinny.

A: You can use American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro or PayPal.

A: No, PayPal is completely free.

A: Authority for payment to be taken must be given at the time of your order. Payment will only be taken once your order has been processed.

Q: How will my order be delivered?

A: Your goods will be delivered by the carrier DHL.

A: We will deliver orders to any address within mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
 

Q: How long does it normally take for my order to arrive?

A: All orders come from our central warehouse and are normally available for delivery to mainland UK and Northern Ireland within 3-5 working days
 

Q: Do you deliver to work addresses?

A: Yes, that option is available to when you place your order. If you wish us to ship to a different address to your billing address, please tick the ‘Deliver To this Address’ option at the checkout. You will then be able to enter the details of the address you would like us to deliver your parcel to.
 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes you can. DHL will provide you via email with a code to track you delivery.
 

Q How much does delivery cost?

A: Our delivery charge to mainland UK and Northern Ireland is £3.95. We offer free shipping on orders above £40.
 

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order before dispatch?

A: You have a small window in which to cancel your order, as the dispatch process begins the same day we receive your order. If you do need to cancel, please call our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 1284 413 141.If you cancel your order, your payment card will be refunded in full. The refund will be completed within 24 hours; however, this may take up to 5-7 working days to appear on your statement, dependent on your card issuer.
 

Q: What happens if I want to cancel an order that is in transit?

A: You will have to wait for the goods to arrive, then follow our returns procedure, which can be found here.Your account will only be debited once your order has been processed. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any problems with your order and, if necessary, arrange a suitable replacement or cancel the item from your order.
